Information you provide
If you email the editorial desk, your email and its contents are handled through your email provider and the recipient’s systems; do not send sensitive financial, tenant, or transaction information.
Newsletter signups
If you choose to subscribe, the signup form collects your email address, the site-relative page path and title where you signed up, the signup placement (homepage or article footer), your explicit consent, and timestamps recorded with the signup. The publication stores this information in its database to manage newsletter subscriptions and understand which pages and placements prompt signups. The company field is a hidden spam-prevention field. Newsletter email delivery is not connected to an email delivery service yet, so a successful signup does not mean a confirmation email was sent. We do not claim an automated unsubscribe flow is available. To request deletion of your signup information, contact the editorial team at info@therealestateforce.com.
Site analytics
Site custom events are sent to the Replit-injected Umami tracker when available. Events cover guide and topic selection, Reading Room links, article-section jumps, FAQ and review-resource opens, comparison-table and budget-worksheet views, reading-depth and 30-second engagement thresholds, newsletter signup completions, and provider, demo, review, Reddit, or editorial-contact clicks. Newsletter completion events are sent only after a successful signup and include the known site-relative page path and signup placement, never an email address. Other event properties use known page paths, categories, placement labels, section names, FAQ positions, provider names, resource types, reading depth, and engagement duration. Custom events do not include email-message contents, email addresses, raw outbound URLs, search queries, question text, or arbitrary user input. Retention periods, cookie behavior, and data sharing depend on the deployed analytics provider and its current settings.
